**Job Description**:
The Marketing Communication is responsible for optimize keywords, advertisement, campaign to generate good brand awareness and sales lead.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
- Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
- Based on assessment, drafts, and proposes campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
- Creates and coordinates campaign, design ideas, content recommendation, and brand activity to marketing team.
- Schedules and develops content (social media, print media, direct mail, etc.
), filming (scripts and production).
- Evaluates success of campaigns when completed.
- Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze all media analytics.
- Research and analyze competitor

**Qualifications**:

- Min.
1 years of experience as Marketing Communication or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, brandwatch, etc.)
