Marketing Communication Assistant (Nespresso)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on communication between Landlord and stores
- Maintain relationship with Landlord PIC - marketing team (team handle Digital/OOH, social media and CRM)
- Manage all data about every point of Digital/OOH and rate
- To source vendor that suitable for Nespresso (LED Billboard, T-banner, TV Lift, etc)
- Assist marketing/associate manager for B2B event/activation
- Prepare deck for proposal & post campaign
- PIC for any event with Kanmo support (marketing team, project team, designer team and PR team)
- Report to associate manager and marketing manager
- Administrative work, such as : create PO, invoice and settlement, update payment, partnership, workflow, and maintain inventory

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations.
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Preferably having experience in agency or brand.
- Having strong concept and analysis skill.
- Good communication, presentation skill, like wise good selling and negotiation skill.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking.
