Outbound Marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce services and educate them on the benefits of our innovative financial solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape.
- Engage prospects effectively, addressing their financial needs, and positioning our offerings as valuable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and contribute to overall sales strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in outbound telesales, with a background in cold calling within financial platforms, banks, or insurance platforms in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on target customer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
