**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Business Development (BD) team, Directors, and relevant teams in designing and developing online and offline marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as product launches and store openings.
- Manage and implement effective marketing activities.
- Design concepts, messages, and marketing approaches that align with products or events.
- Prepare various online and offline promotional materials with internal or external teams.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including design, videos, and other creative content.
- Ensure that marketing materials reflect the company's values and image.
- Build and maintain relationships with the media.
- Organize and prepare press release materials.
- Ensure the success of various marketing events or activities.
- Analyze the performance of digital campaigns, create reports, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Improve the performance of various online and offline channels for promotional and sales purposes.
- Provide tactical ideas to enhance social media presence.
- Set targets for each activation and ensure they are achieved.
**Qualifications**:
- Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, Business, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing Communication.
- Experience in leading teams and creating a positive work environment.
- Strong planning and organization skills for marketing campaigns.
- Ability to come up with unique and engaging marketing strategies and familiarity with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities and ability to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data for informed decision-making and capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
