Build and maintain good relation with the media
Create and maintain contents for all Teleperformance media promotions
Conduct competitive research or analysis and media monitoring
Social media planning
Create contents for sales promotion tool kit (brochure and product knowledge) and marketing promotion tool (printed ad, electronic, brochure, banner)
Documented all ads, news, and activities about Teleperformance, especially related to company's image
Create e-bulletin contents monthly
Analyse and report media awareness information
