Marketing Communication

Responsibilities:

- Collaborates with marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs
- Conceptualizing content and determining the most effective communication techniques on Social Media
- Proposes communication campaigns, which may include social/online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia platforms
- Presents design ideas and recommendations to marketing manager, committee, or sales team
- Handles all Business Partner Recruitments to convert them into event
- Builds a **strong community** with our Business Partners
- Schedules and develops leads to interview the Business Partner
- Attends our Business Partners' Events and make them feel welcome
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, or a similar field.
- Experience creating strong, engaging content.
- A portfolio of applicable outputs.
- An understanding of SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
**Salary**: Rp4,600,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month
