Marketing Communication Manager

Managing various marketing activities to strengthen brand's image through regular and periodical programs, collaborating with other companies/brands
- Supervise Marketing Executive on brand's social media accounts editorial plan, activities and post through Facebook page, Instagram, Tiktok and Linkedin
- Assisting and coordinate with the graphic designers on ideation, contents, and material for promotional artworks and visual communications tools
- Monitoring and supervise complaints handling through direct interaction with customers and social media
- Building and maintaining good relationship with people from the media, preparing media kit and partnering with media for events or other projects through barter system
- Supervise Content Writer on content, design, and strategies for monthly newsletter
- Analyzing the results of our communication activities/campaigns to maximize the impact of Prima Food Solutions in the market in the most cost-effective way possible
- Develop and plan creative marketing and communication strategies
- Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
- Manage the Marketing & Communications budget and ensure program milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget
- Coordinate and supporting other department to achieve company's objectives

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Education minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Marketing, Business Analyst or a related field
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in a Marketing Communications role developing content and implanting campaigns
- Strong understanding of BI and Marketing Mix
- Solid experience in managing ATL and BTL activities
- Excellent communication and Writing skills
- Have a good understanding of online marketing activities including social media
- A strong network of PR, Media, Vendor and Suppliers contacts would be highly advantageous
- A high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Experience in graphic design (having skill in operating Design Software/ Canva Will be a Plus), campaign design and execution
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills required
