Marketing Communication Staff

Qwords is an IT company with more than 15 years of experience in providing hosting management, cloud & data center solutions, and domain name services. Tens of thousands of domestic and foreign customers have entrusted their services to us. We are currently looking for an extraordinary individual to join our team as **Marketing & Communication Staff**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively create and execute long-term marketing plans and short-term tactical activities, including marketing campaigns
- Determine the channel/platform for communication materials against the planning strategy that has been made so that it can be implemented by the relevant department
- Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
- Monitor and evaluate all marketing campaigns and propose recommendations to get better results

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, e.g. technology/e-commerce/ride-hailing companies
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field of study
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience in community management is a plus
- Outstanding strategic thinking and plan execution
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven and a team player
- Willing to work on-site

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
