Marketing Executive (Havaianas)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Marketing Manager with store launches and promotional campaigns
- Plan and execute various offline marketing activities including sampling, in-store promotions, events, retail brand partnerships, and corporate outreach
- Work closely with the graphic designer team in the creation of assets that serve our business objectives, brand and customer experience goals
- High attention to detail to ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications
- Liaise and negotiate with external suppliers to implement promotional events and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with all relevant in-house teams for new collection launches or new product roll-out
- Prepare weekly and monthly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree holder majoring in Marketing or similar field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing, background from Retail company is a plus
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
