Community Management and Development, responsible for managing and building the community, including interacting with community members, maintaining engagement, and building strong relationships.
-Collaboration and Relationship Building with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), establishing partnerships with relevant KOLs, building mutually beneficial relationships, and managing collaborations to enhance brand exposure and expand the target audience reach.
-Trending Content Creation for Instagram, accountable for creating engaging and relevant content for the Instagram platform, considering current trends and appropriate visual styles.
-Generating Ideas for PR Box Products, collaborating with internal production and marketing teams, as well as external vendors and suppliers, to generate creative ideas for attractive PR Box products, also ensuring production quality and sustainability.
-Creating Gimmick Ideas for Marketing Events, responsible for generating creative and innovative ideas for marketing events that capture attention and create memorable experiences for customers.

**Persyaratan**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
-Experience in handling social media, content planning, and copywriting.
-Experience in handling and building relationships with Influencers and communities.
-Having experience working in a beauty company and loving makeup is a plus.
-Up to date with the trend, knows how to use catchy words to persuade viewers.
-Having a simple video-editing skill is a plus.
-Willing to work hybrid, in the Luxcrime office at West Jakarta.
-Able to join ASAP
