Job Description
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand and highlight key medical services, facilities, and achievements.
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and community outreach programs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for the hospital.
Create engaging content for promotional materials, social media, and the hospital's website to attract and inform the target audience.
Organize and participate in events, health fairs, and workshops to build community relationships and increase awareness of hospital services.\
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as healthcare professionals, referring physicians, and local businesses.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about developments in healthcare marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to stay competitive.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Have min. 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
Willing to travel.
