**SCOPE OF WORK**:
- The _**_MARKETING, GROWTH AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER_**_ main roles are:_
- Lead, design, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing solutions, campaigns, and initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholder and leadership, providing guidance and functional support to ensure optimal and strategic marketing delivery across assigned brand, programs and/or projects.
- Brand leadership and brand stewardship - as a shared and mutual responsibility across the marketing function.
- Produce all work with quality and accuracy within allocated budget and adhering to agreed timeframes.
**_ Day-to-day activities of the MARKETING, GROWTH AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER_**_ _**_are:_**
- _ Promote ethical behavior and alignment with the company's purpose._
- _ The role will develop, lead and advance:_
- _ Marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business/financial objectives and elevate the profile and differentiation of the company, brand, and/or business line(s) as indicated._
- _ Ownership and leadership across all areas of marketing involvement, inclusive of; brand, advertising, materials/collateral, asset development, digital marketing and online platforms, meeting and events._
- _ People leadership responsibilities consistent with assigned role responsibilities and in consideration of business need(s). Manage direct reports to ensure a cohesive and collaborative marketing delivery across the team and in support of assigned brand(s), programs, and/or projects._
- _ Reporting and use of analytics as indicated to inform decision making and illustrate return on investment._
- _ Monitor effectiveness of specific programs against commercial objectives._
- _ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners._
- _ Keep informed of current marketing strategies and trends. Proactively highlight innovation opportunities as these arise._
- _ Other duties and responsibilities as required by the business and assigned by Line Manager. _
**_SELECTION CRITERIA:_**
- _ 5+ years marketing experience, including 3+ years as Marketing Manager._
- _ Marketing experience in Business-to-Business and/or business-to-government setting._
- _ Degree and/or graduate qualification in marketing (or near adjacent field)._
- _ Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills._
- _ People leadership experience._
- _ Applied experience in foundational marketing skill set areas, including: brand, positioning, messaging, design and copywriting._
- _ Requires initiative and ability to organize, together with the ability to utilize creative marketing techniques._
- _ Strong organizational skill, including the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines._
- _ Highly developed communication (written and oral), presentation and negotiation skills._
- _ Preferably experience in health and/or healthcare delivery._
- _ Preferably experience and skills within integrated, multi-channel marketing._
- _ Preferably experience and skills in lead generation, lead development, digital marketing and CRM marketing._
- _ Preferably experience and skill in SEO and SEM. _
