Our client is GBU Plast, a Manufacturing Plastic Housewares company that both produces and distributes different types of plastics for houseware and kitchenware.
Established in 2008, the company has been focusing its business in modern, unique, friendly, and safe products, and embracing the high quality of products and services handled by professional staff in every level, to ensure the safety, as well as the satisfaction of consumers.
Originally operating and selling its goods to target market in Jabodetabek, Pulau Jawa dan Sumatera, GBU Plast aims to gradually, and significantly, reach out to other islands and cities in Indonesia.
Newly developed, they are in need of a Marketing Manager to help develop the team from scratch, to manage the department, and to handle all marketing activities, which includes creating strategies, initiating, planning, and executing all aspects of Marketing.
The person will be strongly involved in Strategic Marketing and Communications planning, and in Strategic sourcing, supplier and internal stakeholder management for all marketing services (e.g., advertising, creative, ad production, brand PR, influencer, and marketing) for all houseware products.
**Scope of Work**:
- Developing and implementing branding awareness and product development strategies that support company growth, through the creation of marketing campaigns both applicable on online and offline media or channels
- Evaluating the existing products for Product Development
- Identifying potential markets as well as research market trends, consumer behavior, and market demands for Product Development
- Leading and contributing to industry analysis and market analysis as needed
- Preparing and executing local bids as needed
- Supervising and coordinating business activities within the company
- Managing the marketing budget (annual targets and increase cash flow)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in Offline and Online Marketing OR Traditional and Digital Marketing, by providing some overview of marketing planning and strategy
- Proven experience developing and managing a team, with excellent motivational skills
- Having experience in the same industry will be a plus
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing sales
- A creative mind and a head for business
- Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure, thoroughly
- Target-driven, target-oriented, and goal-oriented
**Salary**: Rp18,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month
