- Develop and evaluate targets and all work programs in Ciputra Group Jakarta Marketing (Sales, Promotions & Events, Product Research & Development, Billing, and After Sales) to achieve targets.
- Create marketing concepts that can increase the overall value of the Unit's products.
- Analyze and evaluate competitor data and housing business development data.
- Develop and control all Unit budgets.
- Perform duties in managing the team.

**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
