Marketing Ops

**About the role**:
As Marketing Operations you will be at the core of end-to-end optimization and marketing activities.
Ensuring a smooth data gathering process as well as effective analysis as the foundation of campaign and communication strategies.
You will be the lead in funnel analysis with accurate and timely reporting.
**What will you do**:
Critical data and insights gathering to support funnel optimization

Empowering Brand and Growth teams toward next-step actions using intelligent analysis and recommendation

Provide funnel scoring system with comprehensive ROI models across all marketing campaigns

Implement data gathering tools and data visualization dashboards to support swift decision making.
Initiate and automate implementation of data gathering across marketing departments

Become the lead-sync for marketing and sales data
Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as analytics and or optimization specialists, or other marketing data related field

Experience in a role requiring excellent analytical problem solving, quantitative analysis, and complex stakeholder management

Deep understanding of analytic tools and business intelligence

Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities

Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
