**Requirements**:

- Having minimum 3 years of working experience in Marketing Communication/Public relations. Preferably from Fashion/Retail Company
- Having experience working closely with celebrities, KOLs, media, communities, mall, or other related parties
- Creative, innovative, collaborative, team worker and good negotiation
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Plan and execute marketing projects and other strategic activities
- Monitoring market trends and supporting the Marketing Manager to make a marketing plan and integrated communication activities
- Preparing and implementing events or activation to promote brand image, brand awareness, and achieve sales targets
- Building relationships with media and KOL, monitoring media coverage, and implementing any PR and initiatives related to the brand
- Implementing partnerships with other parties, such as F&B, other fashion brands, banks, malls, etc
- Supporting promotion activities, including preparing store collateral/signage, mall branding, etc
