In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for defining and implementing sales and market strategies for Motion business area in Jakarta, Indonesia, you will be proactively leading, developing and coaching the Market and Sales department.
Reporting to Local Division Manager, you will be managing sales action plan to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in profitable way and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsible for creating and planning the marketing sales strategy for the assigned area in accordance to global marketing and sales strategy, budget and efficiency target.
- Being responsible for achieving assigned order intake, margin and related objectives for the entire product portfolio and driving potential new and existing customers and their needs and leads the team in a proactive post-sales approach with focus on solution.
- Responsible for product marketing, industry and segment marketing plan to support the relevant organization and oversee competitive analysis and market segment definition activities the market is monitored by developing and maintaining efficient marketing tools.
- Developing relationship with key customers and other decision makers and planning and implementing customer survey, analyzing and acting on the results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for individual sales opportunities.
- Monitoring client financial status and reporting any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams also identifying managing risk related to contract agreement and prices across channels.
- Overseeing the market and sales processes and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs.
- Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
Coaching and motivating direct and indirect subordinates with HR policies.
**Your background**:
- More than 8 years in Sales&Marketing position and more than 2 years in Managerial position
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree from Electrical Engineering or similar is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise, time-management and organizational skills
- Well-developed negotiation and sales skills and ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels including to customer, partner and internal level in the organization
