JOB OBJECTIVE
Supports the marketing activities our client, including but not limited to market research, developing proposals for marketing campaigns and events planning.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Playing an important role supporting the marketing team, the Marketing Specialist develops and oversees the preparation and execution of creative and comprehensive marketing activities.
You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets.
A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas.
You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute events and campaigns
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.)
to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Maintain and update tools, files and databases
- Maintain good communication within internal and external teams
DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATIONSHIPS The Marketing Specialist reports to the Manager and Director, Corporate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree qualification in Business/Marketing/Hospitality
- Experience/exposure in Marketing or Meetings and Events industry will be highly advantageous
- Effectively bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English with excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills
- Possess great customer mindset and a proactive disposition
- Comfortable with speaking up and in front of senior team members
- Able to conduct research and draw information from a variety of sources and channels
- Able to analyse research findings and develop concept plans and strategies
- Able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft office
