Marketing Specialist

**About us**

We are looking for an experienced** Marketing Specialist **to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
**What you'll do**:

- Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation
- Build new business, partnerships and relationships with current and prospective brand/media partners
- Maintain existing partner and business/project running
- Handling partnership with partners from various marketing channel (e.g.
social media, offline and online media output)
- Collaborate and coordinate across both external and internal stakeholders, including working with external partners, internal team members (e.g.
social media, PR, creative, multimedia) for campaign planning and optimization
- Review brand campaign performance, and work on implementing solutions for campaign optimization, involving innovative mechanics, partnerships and activations

**What you should have**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in media, brand partnership, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing brand partnerships
- Strong relationship building skills and experience negotiating deals with brands
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple
