**Responsibilities**:
- Provide marketing strategy to various types of sellers by working with merchants' team closely to understand merchants' pain points, blockers, key requests to provide relevant and clear solutions
- Determine GTM strategy for campaign ideas (including the pitching deck, tutorials, packages offering for all platform & industry campaigns and JBP for KA brands)
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and training for all segments of Merchants
- Deep dive content market and eCommerce in Indonesia, familiar with most recent trending topics & content consumed by segmented targeted audience
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or experience related to digital content/strategy making with deep understanding of digital video, entertainment/social platforms
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and room for improvement in marketing-related strategies for the industry
- Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented
- Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams
- Comfortable with 0 to 1 strategies (from planning to execution)
- Proficient in English and native Indonesian language
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Beauty, health, and personal care industry knowledge is a plus
