Job Responsibility MDN Delivery: Job Description Responsible for delivering product or services to customer like SAAS/Licence, Zoom/GWS Activation, Delivery Product provide by Commlog, 1Enggage etc. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to any process or complain handling. Process RMA (Return Merchandise authorization) to 3rd party or principal. Collect and managed internal department documentation Inventory management of internal department. Job Requirement Formal Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Having minimum 2 years of experience in information technology (software or application). Maximum 30 years old Administration oriented and attention to detail. Willing to work at office and out of office (onsite) Willing to learn new technologies Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
