**The Position**
The main focus of this role is to strategize, manage, and optimize our client's Facebook Accounts.
You'll launch and manage campaigns, keep a close eye on budgets and bidding strategies, and execute the plan of the Sr. Media Buyer.
The core focus is to scale accounts, with the focus on client ROAS goals.
You will be expected to manage needs internally while providing insight and roadmaps for clients on where and how to scale.
You will be in charge of driving constant team and client communication to make sure that the account has a sense of urgency to find winners and scale budgets whenever possible.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands with $60k+ in monthly spend (Facebook Blueprint Certification, a huge plus)
- Data-driven with a consumer-first focus. You have a track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth.
- Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while maintaining a calm demeanor and positive attitude.
- Understanding and awareness of what is going on in accounts at all times and ability to pinpoint potential problems and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team
- An ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority

**Responsibilities**:
- Setup all ads within Meta for the Sr. Media Buyer to review
- Make strategy decisions with Media Buying team
- Quick and thoughtful execution of Facebook Ads by writing compelling copy, error-free building of ads, and troubleshooting account performance
- Establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients by bringing valuable insights into meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles
- Management of campaign budgets using a data-driven approach with a consumer-first focus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp7,500,000 per month
