- Full-time**About the Role**:
Help BF monitor production and product listings on Marketplace (Nona Rara Batik, PART and Trabalho) and Website, monitor which products have entered the warehouse but have not yet been posted to MP (Marketplace) and Website.
-Coordinate product allocation for offline stores from weekly production. Offline stores include flagship and MT (Sarinah).
-Monitor and provide advice regarding stock availability in offline stores up to the restock process, especially products in flagship stores by coordinating with the merchandising plan team regarding sales trend analysis and the offline channel team regarding product needs in Sarinah.
-Monitor the product inbound process to the PCA warehouse and to offline stores (flagship and MT)
-Coordinate with the offline channel team, admin, BF for preparing line sheets/catalogues and coordinating product delivery for the bazaar.
-Coordinate with the sourcing team if Nona Rara requires additional production vendors (either for FG, Raw materials, or packaging).
-Monitoring fabric stock in the Nona Rara warehouse for financial feedback regarding calculations for financial reports.
**Requirements**:
Preferably Male because this role will cover high mobilization;
-Your ideal background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textiles or related fields; 1+ years experience in a similar role within a production environment; strong knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction and related machinery;
-Experience in working directly with vendors for production & raw materials, and ability to drive performance
-Able to analyze workflow and can access bottlenecks;
-Excellent communication skills & stakeholders management;
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, you possess amazing MS Excel skills! (V Lookup and Pivot Table knowledge essential)
