Merchandiser (Mandarin Speaker) - Business

Department Business Development and Partnerships- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Analyze Category Product performance, including but not limited to analyzing product assortment and price competitiveness
- Analyze Category Sellers performance, including but not limited to analyzing Product type (Stock Keeping Unit), Sales, Seller activeness and other service qualities
- Analyze Category Overall Sales Performance both for daily sales as well as campaign sales.
- Research on key Competitors of the category, focusing on parts related to their key business development strategy

**Requirements**:

- ** Strong fluency in Mandarin (both verbal & written), preferably have HSK certification (min. HSK 5)**:

- A recognized degree in any field, coupled with at least 1+ year of working experience
- Hands on experience in managing brands and key accounts; experience in e-commerce industry would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Able to communicate and understand Marketing campaign terms will be a plus
