**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in driving a commercial (sales) and partnership team within a financial technology and/or multi-finance companies
- Prior experience in managing Merchant Lending is a MUST
- Preferably possess a solid merchant network within FMCG, Telco, IT, Transportation, and Health Care industries
- Posses a deep knowledge and understanding of the market needs and risk profile towards financial products
- Possess a solid analytical problem-solving approach yet agile and pragmatic in execution
- Possess a solid network within hospitality industry as well as the financing sector
- Understand about productive financing, joint financing scheme
