Merchant Engagement And Communications

Job Description:

- Developing and executing various media strategies (online social media, community, and offline event) to keep merchants engaged and satisfied
- Understanding merchant needs and key factors to achieve business objectives
- Analyzing data and information, creating and implementing strategies, and presenting the results to internal stakeholders
- Performing other tasks as required by the team to improve overall business performance
- Collaborating with the team as part of Jabo Merchant Operations Team

Requirement:

- Minimum education: S1 (Graduated) from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in community and/or social media (Fresh Graduate with internship experience are welcome)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to internal & external stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and GSuite, especially shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables
- Able to follow timeline and guidelines
- Good at analytical thinking, problem solving and presentation skills
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to Rp5,500,000 per month
