End-to-end operations effort for our Merchants Digitization Programme in APAC. It includes areas like Merchant engagement, working with our third party agency partners to meet our engagement goals- Building engagement strategies and eyos brand in the merchant community- Collaborating with local and global functions to bring the connect program successfully to thousands of Merchants across Indonesia- Proactively identify and implement process standardisation and efficiency gains for merchant engagement- Working together with our global Product and Tech teams to localise our Merchant Offering and proactively identify ways and new ideas to improve the user experience and satisfaction of merchants and partners.- Hands-on experience in relevant operations roles (e.g. in Growth Management and/or Operations for Merchant, F&B Delivery or Rideshare Platforms)- Demonstrate strong track record in project management, process management, operational efficiency management and managing internal/external stakeholders locally and regionally- Experience and passionate about working in a fast-growing Tech Company- Comfortable as a decision maker and ready to jump into hands-on problem solving- A driven can-do personality with empathy for our merchant clients- Outstanding interpersonal and business skills- Able to 'think big' as well as execute 'on-the-fly' via understanding the dynamics behind the business through analysis.- Infectiously curious, thoughtful and happy to question the status-quo.- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Indonesia is essential to communicate with local merchants and the global team- Creative thinker and solution-oriented with an ability to thrive in an environment of constant change- Willingness and ability to travel- Experience in fmcg retail space is desirable- Creative thinker and experienced in building community engagement programs
