Merchant Relation Officer (Fashion And Lifestyle)

Job Description
- Support business development team for sales and operational process in Fashion & Lifestyle Category
- Maintain good communication and relationship with merchant partners
- Responsible for sales target in their account
- Do regular visit to merchant partner
- Ensure successful onboarding and integration with merchant partners
- Provide training and refreshment to the merchant staff
- Responsible for POP material promotion placement in merchant outlets
- Socialize campaign program to the merchant staff & make sure the campaign running well
- Respond and report for any inquiries
- Maintain good relationship with merchant (online)
- Analyze data traffic for 3 months (online)

**Qualifications**:

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Have previous experience in digital payment industry is preferred
- Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, & MS Power Point) and Google Drive
- Have motorcycle and SIM C
- Energetic and high motivation
