**Responsibilities**
- Independently plan (create media schedule) full funnel planning tactics for Social activation (i.e. awareness, consideration and conversion touchpoints including eCommerce requirements) across multiple Paid Social platforms (Core platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter are required; Additional platforms such as LINE, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest is highly recommended)
- Lead and implement Social campaign activities of established local and global brands across multiple industries Manage a cluster team and be responsible for team coaching and day-to-day supervision and ad-hoc projects from time to time
-Provide actionable insights during mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations
- Attain Facebook Blueprint Planner and Buyer certification Attain Twitter Flight School Badges
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital/Social Marketing or relevant industry
- At least 1 year in managing people demonstrated by ability to drive people towards joint goals, mentor, coach and motivate them as well as hold them accountable for their results.
- Knowledge and experience in on Paid Social platforms including inherent knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Twitter Ad Manager is a requirement
