The MSME Operation Circle Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational processes within the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) segment. The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of loan processing, compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing a team to achieve key performance metrics. The Lead will also be a strategic partner, working closely with business teams to enhance client experience and support growth objectives.
\n RequirementsOversee end-to-end MSME loan processing operations, including onboarding, disbursements, and collections.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.Drive operational excellence through process optimization, reducing turnaround time and improving service levels.Manage and lead a team of operations professionals to meet service and efficiency targets.Collaborate with the business, credit, and risk teams to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives for MSME operations.Develop and implement operational SOPs for scalability and efficiency in processing MSME loans.Monitor and analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure quality control and audit readiness of all operational activities.Manage external relationships with third-party vendors and partners (e.g., technology providers, collection agencies).Report to senior management on operational metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. ResponsibilitiesBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing MSME or retail banking operations.Proven experience in loan operations, credit processing, and collections, particularly in the MSME segment.Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements related to MSME lending.Experience in process optimization, with a track record of improving operational efficiencies.
