**About the Team**:
SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Form the artist/label scouting & ingestion strategy on YouTube, responsible for YouTube partnership management on deal-making and negotiations
- Work closely with the cross-functional team to enhance the distribution and promotion experiences for artists and label partners
- Develop strong relationships with music stakeholders, optimize DSP performance for artists in Indonesia
- Identify and monitor key digital & social platforms for emerging trends, creative ideas to effectively collaborate with internal teams

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Strong networks of indie artists and social platforms, especially YouTube
- Good project management and coordination skills, high ownership and responsible attitude towards work
- Good data analytical knowledge, and data-based decision-making skills
- Proficient in English to work with international colleagues in a global environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree from any major
- 5 years' experience in the music industry
- Successful practices of data-driven approach are preferred
- Good work ethics, self-motivated and result-driven with empathy
