National Air Logistics Gateway & Procurement Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in air logistics and procurement management? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the National Air Logistics Gateway & Procurement Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing our national air logistics gateway and managing the procurement process to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
** Your Role **:Your primary objective will be to drive our capacity + pricing procurement efforts. You will ensure that Carrier Management + gateway volume drives complement each other, remaining a priority + key factor in gaining + retaining customers. You will need to liaise with internal + external stakeholders while aligning the interests of each with our key objectives.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- To lay out a procurement plan for assigned area of responsibility, aligning the same with larger initiatives on
a Regional/Global level.
- To evaluate current carrier share for key trade lanes, recommending optimization measures to maximize
core carrier share.
- To evaluate opportunities to consolidate current volumes to achieve better yields to help optimize the
achievable net rate (ANR), laying the foundation for future business development opportunities.
- To engage with overseas counterparts in the promotion of two-way carrier deals, helping to create
efficiencies in our long term procurement efforts.
- To evaluate carrier metrics + ensure volume allocations are in line with targets to support the success of the
preferred carrier program (PCP).
- To monitor + push for maximization of volumes via our Gateways, to achieve better consol benefits as well
as supporting cost management.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor degree in any major
- Min. 3 years experience in Freight Forwarding focusing in Air Logistics
- Having people management experience will be an advantage
- Having experience working in airlines managing cargo with scope in operation/sales/procurement
- Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Having analytical and planning skills
- Proven problem solver
- Financial Acumen
- Top notch excel skills
- Collaborative and has open personality to bring teams together to provide customer excellence
- Team Player
- Having flexibility to travel
