**BAT INDONESIA** **IS LOOKING FOR A NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER**

**REPORTS TO**: Head of Customer Management
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is accountable for running business engagement to the one of national mini market chain in Indonesia.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Build strategic customer plan for the respective accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments including business development, brand, field team, sales support to implement brand campaigns.
- Negotiate with Key Accounts to get the best deal for the business.
- Accountable for the achievement of Brand share/volume, distribution, visibility OOS, freshness minimizing stock return objectives.
- Ensure all activity implementation to be run OTIF within respective accounts.
- Handle budget for Key Account &Channel programs optimally for the channel.
- Deliver Volume & Share targets and develop & implement an E2E customer investment strategy.
- Lead contracts and negotiations in a balanced manner.
- Analyze sales data and trends and provide corrective action plan on assembling the latest market update.
**CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Desirably Masters / bachelor's graduate caliber in marketing, Communications, or any related field
- ** Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Senior Level in Key Account Management; for which have established relationship with top level of Key Accounts such as Indomaret or Alfamart**:
- From establish FMCG Company (market leader) or Nicotine industry: Cigarette or Vape
- Proficiency in the local processes and procedures used for Customer Planning, Customer Managing and Trade Management.
- Has good understanding about Integrated Commercial Planning.
- Understanding of the financial processes, order to cash, end to end (invoice, deduction management, pricing for example) Category, Brand, Product and Shopper Knowledge of assigned categories Knowledge of the trade structure environment and constraint.
- Advance in negotiation & communications skills.
