Your Impact: As the National Procurement Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in procuring goods and services at the national level, ensuring compliance with MSH/Donor procurement policies and procedures. From preparing procurement solicitations to negotiating purchase agreements, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager to oversee daily procurement activities and liaise with the Procurement Specialist.
- Ensure the integrity of procurement processes, from preparing bidding documents to evaluating bids and monitoring contractor performance.
- Maintain compliance with procurement regulations and guidelines, both internally and from relevant donors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to meet project objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications: Education:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field. Professional certification in procurement/logistics is advantageous.
- Experience in a USG or donor-funded project or NGO preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Deltek Costpoint is beneficial.
**Experience**:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in administrative grants, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience in procuring services, goods, and various procurement formats.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of purchasing strategies, including sourcing and tendering processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
