Manulife Indonesia Bancassurance Nasional Sales Head Sharia is responsible for managing team in all Regions. This position will build good relationship internal and external and ensure the business running well.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Bachelor-Degree Graduated.
- Expert in Bancassurance and Managerial
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales; 3 years experiences in Bancassurance and 3 years experiences as Sales Leader
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point
- Proficiency in Bahasa and English
- Committed and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative & problem
- solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to and manage a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Customer service oriented
- High concern for order and quality; accuracy, work standards

**Nice to Haves**:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

**On the job you will**:
Manage referral syariah business under all syariah branching by building relationship with Danamon Sharia Business Head.

Work with Key Bank partner to drive business across all regions and retain outstanding relationship with Syariah Danamon.

Work with Key Bank partner - Branch Network in 12 regions to drive syariah product within Branch Network.

Oversee and responsible for all FS Syariah and provide necessary training, coaching, mentoring and guidance.

Responsible to drive day to day activity, control quality of sales, manage customer complaint from Syariah business.

Capability to perform and lead a customer gathering event as Manulife representative and Speaker.

Empowering action to fulfill organization need and work closely with Head of Sales PB Danamon to find tune strategy andn initiatives.

Keep up with market strategy and build the right initiative/campaign, working closely with National Account Head PB Danamon.
