New Outlet Sourcing Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating sales orders from sales team in the area & recap of daily achievement SO process
- Received the document for sales team area and make a documentation for an invoicing of spending budget
- Accelerating of sales order process
- Communication with customers
- Solve the issues & liase with team Finance / Warehouse if anything blow up
- Return monitoring from customers which come to Head Office
- Standard monthly report

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
University student are welcome
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
**Technical competency required**:
MS Office 2010 or above
