Office Manager

Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:
1?Responsible for recruitment?supplier searching and management?providing employee care service;

2?Independently responsible for payroll and welfare optimization, including but not limited to attendance follow-up, salary calculation and payment, social security payment, tax declaration and processing, and welfare supplier management;

3?Responsible for the formulation and compliance maintenance of the local employee management system, including the employee transfer process, the formulation and optimization of employee handbooks, and employment compliance;

4?Responsible for the administrative work of the department, such as office decoration, daily maintenance of the office environment, process submission, and arrangement of business entertainment;

5?Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

**Job Requirements**:
1?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred;
2?3 years' experience in human resource management & administrative management and 0-1 organization building experience is a plus;

3?Proficient in local labor laws and regulations;

**4?Proficient in oral and writing skills of Chinese;**

5?Results driven, highly committed, proactive and self-motivated.

**Salary**: Rp5,334,131 - Rp42,438,408 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- HR: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- CHINESE (preferred)
