Application will not be processed after 14 May 2024 JOB RESPONSIBILITY Ensuring achievement of Individual Performance Target (SKI) aligned with job description, formulating working program and its indicators, understanding his/her role, collecting data and information, scheduling and prioritizing activities, implementing Unit's Program, reporting work result to Supervisor periodically; Supporting on research and analysis, and document preparation to develop Human Capital Long Term Plan (HC Master Plan); Supporting on document preparation for any HC policies related to organization development process and HC management; Supporting research and analysis, evaluation, and monitoring system on developing corporate culture, leadership architecture implementation in Telin Group; Supporting on managing implementation of Telin Group employees value proposition; Conducting daily operation support for any relevant activities on Human Capital strategy & policy; JOB REQUIREMENT Bachelor Degree in Psychology, or Human Resource Management from reputable university. Max 27 years old. Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years work experience related human capital management in culture management, human capital policies, labour law (Indonesian and International labour law), organizational development and performance management; Have understanding with experience as follows: Good communication skills and able to establish relationships with various parties; Good administration skills, data management and able to work with Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc); Can learn new things quickly; Fluent in written and verbal English with a minimum TOEFL score of 500 or an IELTS score of 6; Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization abilities, excellent attention to details. Having good knowledge related organizational development, HC Policy, Corporate Culture, and employee performance management.
