Offline Commercial Analyst [Mama'S Choice]

**Responsibilities**:

- Create strategic and tangible action plan to reach all business objective (monthly target, launch plan, etc)
- Manage seamless end-to-end sales process by collaborating internally with other team
- Analyze and leverage deep understanding of sales data to identify key growth factor and potential problems and prepare it in the weekly meeting
- Lead and partner with accounts for business strategies implementation and plan execution. Conduct regular reviews with accounts to gain on-the-field information.
- Be The Face of The Company to the accounts. Foster good working relationship and in-depth understanding of each account market nature.
- Lead and resolve issue in day-to-day operations such as stock allocation between channels, delivery date to customers, and others. Identify the root-cause and create a solution than can be solved by working with the other team and propose it to the management.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh grads from any major are welcome to apply!
- You are comfortable in presenting and leading a meeting with external parties
- Proficient in Ms. Excel and other tools used for optimization.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
