Online Trading Associate Manager (Distribution)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setup New Website and Shop in shop with key market place platforms in Indonesia and drive growth of sales, profit and conversion from all online channels
- Key coordinator with internal stakeholders (Brand MDs) as well as market place platforms on promotion trade plans, campaigns as well as marketing exposure
- Ensure product range and price strategy is aligned as per business direction.
Regular range check, competitor analysis on new range and price competitiveness
- Monthly sales reconciliation with market place and ensure Finance collect payment as per achieved sales figure
- Convert market place customers to start shopping with our own websites and build loyalty

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail industry with a passion for e-commerce
- Have a keen eye for analytics and numbers
- Good communication skill - to be able to work across departments
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must
- Good market knowledge and keen for new trends
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
