**About the Position**

We are currently seeking an OpenText Documentum System Engineer who will work closely with our global development teams, as well as report directly to our directors.

There are four (4) OpenText Documentum repositories that are to be upgraded from Version 7.1 to Version 20.4. This document provides requirements for an Engineer to assist with this initiative. Environments will be grouped into 2 categories (Dev/QA & Prod/DR) and upgrades will be performed in line for each category. Dev/QA will be first, and Prod/DR will be second.

**The requirement breaks down into the following activities by the Engineer**

Backup of OpenText Documentum Database for each environment

File system directories containing OpenText Documentum content and configuration files.

Installation of OpenText Documentum 20.4, following the OpenText Installation guide.

Configuration of OpenText Documentum repository, including the following:
Creation of Repository.

Configuration of Repository Parameters.

Configuration of Repository Schema.

Installation of any additional Components, including Webtop, D2, or xCP.

Configure system settings, including the following:
Server Ports Authentication Settings Logging Levels

Install and Configure the Content Transfer Utility (CTU) provided by OpenText. Install and configure the CTU on both the old and new systems.

Migration Jobs: migration jobs will be utilized to transfer content from the old systems to the new systems.

Perform Test Migration to ensure that everything is working correctly and to identify and fix any issues that may arise.

Utilize the database upgrade utility to upgrade schema and data in the OpenText Documentum database.

Verify that the content that has been migrated has been successfully moved to the new system. Perform a thorough check of the content to ensure that everything is working correctly.

Perform Post-Migration Tasks, including the following:
Ensuring that metadata is updated.

Reindexing the repository.

Running data integrity checks.

Training Admins on new and updated features of Documentum 20.4

Provide limited user training to one group of users who can then train the remainder of

**Must Have**:

- 5+ years in Documentum
- Experience in upgrade Documentum
- Proper understanding on Documentum content server migration and administration.
- Should be strong on OpenText Documentum basics
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, SQL Server or Oracle
- Experience in migrating data from other ECM systems to Documentum.
- Experience in Documentum Architecture
- Strong experience in DQL (Documentum Query Language)
- Knowledge / Experience in PL/SQL Programming.
- Legacy Content Search Engine Full text search and Index Search
- Integration with External Systems Plug-in like SAP, ERP Third party systems
- Database: MS SQL Server and Oracle

**Good to Have**:

- AutoCAD, Microstation, AutoVue
- Experience in Documentum Server installation.
- LDAP Integration
- J2EE Technologies: Various Application Server, Eclipse IDE, WebServices
- Experience as a Java developer

Pay: From Rp45,600,000 per month
