Operation Assistant Manager (Building Management)

Working location: Jakarta

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of MEP experience (Accept from consultant or construction background)
- Fluent in English communication
- Experience handling high rise buildings.
- Experience with MEP design works for office building (high rise building), commercial facility and hotel.
- Experience with construction management in electric power company or MEP sub-constructor

Key responsibility areas:

- Building Operation Management
- Control construction (Including Repair/Renovation)
- Tenant Service
- Fire, Safety, and Security management
- Create report and maintenance for related certification services.
