**About this role**:
This role is based in our Jakarta office and you will be a key member of our wider Studio HBA team.
The portfolio from this team includes projects from major hotel operators.
**Job Summary**:
As the Operation Director, you will have strong experience in project & resource planning in architectural / interior design industry in order to lead and oversee the team resource planning and project operation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Overall operation management for projects
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Monitor and manage staff workload to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing resource utilization.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Monitor project expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

**Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you**:
- The right to work in Jakarta without visa sponsorship
- Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design / Architecture
- 10+ years of experience in architecture / interior design with a focus in architectural / interior project management, operation and resource planning
- Knowledge of P&L and accounting
- Experience in contract management
- Fluent in English
