Operation Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the garment factory, ensuring efficient production processes and quality control. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of garment manufacturing, and the ability to manage and optimize production workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments.
- Develop and implement production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the production team to optimize resource utilization and improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
- Address quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and skillsets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the garment or têxtile industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a factory environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to (weight) as needed.

Pay: Rp32,100,000 - Rp107,000,000 per month
