**Job Description**:

- Coordinate activities between departments, such as news and programming.
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in broadcast news, sports, or programming.
- Monitor and review programming to ensure that schedules are met, guidelines are adhered to, and performances are of adequate quality.
- Operate and maintain on-air and production such as camerawork, audio, and lighting with all crew.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from all major
- At least 3 years of working experience as Production Program Director (entertaiment such as music & concert will be preferred)
- Able to work with team
- Have a good knowledge of News broadcasting system, camera production, audio and lighting
- Able to operate switcher
