- Support the Corporate Action Operations/Class Action Mailing team in completing various elements of data processing and reporting tasks
- AM and PM reports - team and production
- Monthly statistic reporting
- Researching and responding, in a timely manner, to simple or moderate tasks driven by BBD Client, Issuer/Agent/Claim Administrators, Client service and Audit team members
- Managing the sourcing and execution of the Bankruptcy and Default process
- Data sourcing, classification, job set up, material order, processing, & mailing
- Source and analyze the various announcement data feeds for voluntary corporate action events.
- Set up job matrix, set up job folders, add to database, execute or QC job set up, additional database updates, material ordering, Issuer/Agent follow up, QC and mailing execution.
- Managing the event alerts process for clients
- Set up job matrix, set up job folders, add to database,, Issuer/Agent follow up, and alert communication, client only job request execution and mailing if applicable
- Support manual data file loads for Class Action clients

Review and analyze client data, working with QA/Audit teams if necessary - client onboarding or project assistance, QBR support, survey reach outs
