Operations Manager

Responsible:

- To make strategy, annual work program and budgeting for all stores
- Standardize the performance of all stores
- Support for Store Managare to handle/deal in cooperation with external parties
- Manage COGS, Sales Forecast
- Interact with customers to ensure all inquiries and feedback are handled promptly & appropriately
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Manage training of new staff in accordance with our service standards
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Requirements:

- Age max 38 years old
- Min. Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in hospitality or any related major
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Proven working experience as Operational Manager mínimal 4 years in F&B Industry (preferably in café)
- Fluent in both written & spoken English
- Can work well under pressure & have flexible working hour
- Strong managerial & communication skills
- Strong commitment to service excellence

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Gaji: Rp10.000.000 - Rp13.000.000 per bulan
