- Novel writer recruitment and management.
Establish a tiered progression system to assist writer growth.
Responsible for boosting the total number of writers and writer retention
- Digital novel platform operation: formulate a plan, and execute strategic and operational objectives.
Be responsible for writer activity and retention for certain novel categories
- Maintain partnership relationships with key partners, including MCNs, writer agencies, and organizations
- Coordinate with cross-regional development teams and module division, ensuring consistency and efficiency among teams.
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reach higher retention, and deliver excellent writer experience

3+ years of experience in the digital platform industry, mobile app operation experience preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4.
Great logical and data sensitivity.
5.
Able to work under pressure and meet needs in time.
6.
Fluent in Chinese, both written and oral.
