Operational Manager Outlet

Requirement:- Min. 3 years work experience as a Cafe Manager or Restaurant Manager- Hands-on experience with Coffee and Coffee machines- Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team- Have an experience in pre-opening cafe or restaurant (is a plus)Job Desc:- Manage day - to - day operations of the outlet- Contribute on hire and onboard new staff- Maintain employee training- Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of Coffee equipment- Nurture friendly relationship with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation- Coordinate with vendors and order suppliers, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk and other ingredients)**Salary**: Rp6,500,000 - Rp10,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Outlet Manager: 3 years (required)
