**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate client communications, including arranging meetings and preparing client-related materials.
- Assist in the preparation of client contracts and agreements.
- Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and client engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics for agency-sponsored events.
- Provide support for our recruitment software and tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Engio and uphold our values and reputation.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Assist with special projects related to process improvement and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum a high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree (any field) is advantageous.
- Required
